Plant Rhizospheres Harbour Specific Fungal Groups and Form a Stable Co-Occurrence Pattern in the Saline-Alkali Soil

چکیده

Soil salinisation has been considered a substantial ecosystem issue with negative effects on sustainable agricultural practices. Practices of vegetation restoration are widely conducted for coping saline soil degradation, especially in saline-alkali abandoned farmland. Compared bulk soils, the rhizosphere soils plants have different microbial community structures. However, how associations and functions microbes vary salt-tolerant remains unclear, limiting successful implementation efficacy restoring lands. Here, we analysed fungal composition, functional guilds, co-occurrence networks both typical plant species farmland Yellow River Delta, China. Not all had significantly compositions relative guild abundances between soil. nutrient concentrations explained more variance community. Network analyses indicated that network nodes links, higher modularity; however, fewer were involved meta-module than those network, indicating complex topology niche differentiation therein. More generalist indicator taxa essential carbon nitrogen cycling (e.g., Sordariomycetes Dothideomycetes) identified network. Overall, plants’ stable recruited keystone compared to soil, which could benefit farmlands.

Aflatoxins and Ochratoxin A in Red Chili (Capsicum) Powder from Tunisia: Co-Occurrence and Fungal Associated Microbiota

Background: Mycotoxins are produced in foods as a result of mold infection of crops before and after harvest. The aim of this report was to assess, for the first time in Tunisia, the contamination of red chili powder with Aflatoxins (AFs) and Ochratoxin A (OTA) and to identify the associated microbiota. Methods: Fifty-five samples of red Capsicum powder (Capsicum annuum) were screened for AFs ...

A new family in the stable homotopy groups of spheres

Let $p$ be a prime number greater than three. In this paper, we prove the existence of a new family of homotopy elements in the stable homotopy groups of spheres $pi_{ast}(S)$ which is represented by $h_nh_mtilde{beta}_{s+2}in {rm Ext}_A^{s+4, q[p^n+p^m+(s+2)p+(s+1)]+s}(mathbb{Z}_p,mathbb{Z}_p)$ up to nonzero scalar in the Adams spectral sequence, where $ngeq m+2>5$, $0leq sExt}_A^{s+2,q[(s+2)p...

Soil Bacterial Community Structure and Co-occurrence Pattern during Vegetation Restoration in Karst Rocky Desertification Area

Vegetation restoration has been widely used in karst rocky desertification (KRD) areas of southwestern China, but the response of microbial community to revegetation has not been well characterized. We investigated the diversity, structure, and co-occurrence patterns of bacterial communities in soils of five vegetation types (grassland, shrubbery, secondary forest, pure plantation and mixed pla...

Identification and Characterization of a Novel Trehalose Synthase Gene Derived from Saline-Alkali Soil Metagenomes

A novel trehalose synthase (TreS) gene was identified from a metagenomic library of saline-alkali soil by a simple activity-based screening system. Sequence analysis revealed that TreS encodes a protein of 552 amino acids, with a deduced molecular weight of 63.3 kDa. After being overexpressed in Escherichia coli and purified, the enzymatic properties of TreS were investigated. The recombinant T...
